Stocking Stuffer and Christmas Gift Ideas: Tested, Approved, and ADHD friendly
December 11, 2023
I’m a life coach with ADHD which means I procrastinate and so do many of my clients. If you’re a procrastinator too and just now getting your butt in gear to buy Christmas presents, this post is for you! I’ve compiled an extensive list of almost 90 stocking stuffers and gifts that includes a little something for everyone on your list.
EVERYTHING listed has been tried and approved after at least six months of use by me or a family member.
All items can be found at this Amazon list with a wide range of products and pricing (starting at only $3.22). And, at the time of publication, all items listed can be shipped in time for Christmas.
And because I’m always looking out for my ADHD peeps, I’ve included lots of ADHD approved/friendly items such as…
This dry shampoo for the days you don’t have the patience to wash your hair.
This Lazy Susan to organize your beauty or household products where you can easily see and access them
This two pack of 40 oz. tumblers for your dopamine drinks and to stay hydrated.
My favorite hammocks to to help calm your nervous system.
The wallet I’m currently using to stay organized (and it’s super cheap too!)
This quick, easy, fun monopoly card game (A monopoly game that’s quick? Yup, it’s true).
This hilarious, heartwarming, easy and quick to read book about ADHD.
The white noise machine I use every night while I sleep (and this cheaper alternative).
These beautiful, huge, foldable, extremely useful woven baskets that I have all over my house for my ADHD doom piles:)
This electric kettle for when you’re too impatient to wait for water to boil.
My favorite kitchen utensil set that looks great on your counter in the included holder.
The cloud slippers/shoes that I wear around the house every day that appeal to my sensory sensitivities.
Extra charging cords and blocks so that I can have them in every room instead of having to remember to bring them with me.
The pill organizer I’ve had for over three years.
This dishwasher, magnetic sign that helps me remember whether the dishes are clean or dirty.
And so much more! This list isn’t just for people with ADHD, there’s something for everyone and I hope it helps make your holiday shopping easier.
